New HD Box Goggles from BetaFPV:
BetaFPV has expanded its lineup with a new box-style headset: the VR04 HD FPV Goggles. These goggles are positioned as the receiver for the new digital transmission system surrounding the P1 Air Unit and feature a 1080p panel.
ArtLynk Protocol and Transmission:
The technical core of the VR04 HD is its support for the ArtLynk protocol. This system utilizes the Artosyn AR803X chipset and is stated to offer a latency of approximately 60ms (glass-to-glass). The goggles are specifically compatible with the P1 Air Unit as well as Bind-and-Fly models such as the Meteor75 Pro P1. The listed transmission range is greater than 400 meters with a maximum bitrate of 25 Mbps.
Display and DVR:
For image display, BetaFPV utilizes a 4.5-inch LCD screen with a Full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. To record flights, the goggles feature an integrated DVR.
